Unlock New Frontiers in Single-cell and Spatial Transcriptomics with Spatial Proteomics
Calling all single-cell and spatial transcriptomics researchers: seize an extraordinary opportunity to propel your research forward with advanced spatial proteomics on the PhenoCycler®-Fusion 2.0 platform.
Imagine the power of visualizing protein distribution within tissue architecture, uncovering intricate connections that could reshape your understanding of biological processes. This grant offers you access to complement your existing single-cell and/or spatial transcriptomics data with our newly launched PhenoCode IO60 Panel.
Don’t miss this chance to transform your work—apply today and embark on a journey that could redefine scientific discovery!
The Grant Award
The selected recipient will have four slides processed on the PhenoCycler-Fusion 2.0 platform using the 60 markers in our PhenoCode IO60 panel. Our team will work closely with the winner to produce a comprehensive 60-marker spatial proteomics dataset, complementary to their single-cell and/or spatial transcriptomics data, offering valuable insights into the biological complexities of their research model.
How to Apply
Submit your application by Friday 13 December 2024, for a chance to participate in this groundbreaking program. Complete the application form with a 300-word abstract describing how single-cell spatial proteomic analysis of your tissue samples would advance your research. Applications will be evaluated by Akoya’s scientific panel, with criteria including scientific impact, innovation, feasibility, and relevance of spatial phenotyping for your study.
Participation in the grant program is governed by the IO60 Spatial Omics Grant Program Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements. No purchase necessary to enter; void where prohibited.
