University of Vermont | Wednesday, September 10, 2025 | 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET
This seminar is sponsored by the Center for Biomedical Shared Resources
Akoya Biosciences empowers researchers to decode the spatial biology of disease with high-resolution, high-throughput platforms that reveal cellular architecture, phenotypes, and interactions within the tissue microenvironment. During this seminar, we will highlight the PhenoCycler®-Fusion, an ultrahigh-plex spatial proteomics platform enabling comprehensive tissue analysis using validated panels. Case studies will illustrate how spatial profiling reveals complex cellular interactions and disease mechanisms. The session will also highlight the PhenoImager® HT, a high-throughput, automated multiplex immunofluorescence system optimized for speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility using Opal™ reagents
Attendees will gain insight into advanced spatial biology applications supporting translational research and biomarker discovery across oncology, immunology, and other research areas.
We will be providing lunch to attendees.
