Spatial Proteomics for Biomarker Discovery: Mapping Tissue Architecture to Advance Translational Research and Precision Medicine
Monday, October 27, 2025, at 3:25 p.m. PT
Spatial proteomics is transforming translational research by enabling ultrahigh-plex protein phenotyping within intact tissue architecture—critical for biomarker discovery and validation. In this presentation, Clemens Duerrschmid, PhD, will showcase how the PhenoCycler®-Fusion and PhenoImager® HT platforms deliver comprehensive spatial insights across oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. We highlight the successful launch of the PhenoCode Discovery IO60 Human Protein Panel, designed to accelerate immune-oncology research, and preview our soon-to-launch PhenoCode Discovery Human Neuro Panel, expanding spatial biology into neurodegenerative and central nervous system disease applications. Real-world case studies will be used to demonstrate how our platforms bridge the gap between discovery and application, empowering researchers to translate spatial insights into impactful therapeutic strategies for precision medicine.
