Design and Development of PhenoCode™ Panels to Standardize Spatial Proteomics

Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 11:25 a.m. in Conference Room 4

Spatial proteomics requires robust, multiplexed antibody panels that enable reproducible insights across tissues and disease areas. However, custom panel development is often slow, variable, and difficult to scale. To address this, we designed the PhenoCode™ portfolio—a family of standardized, rigorously validated antibody panels optimized for the PhenoCycler-Fusion and PhenoImager platforms.

The portfolio includes both ultrahigh-plex panels and targeted panels. The PhenoCode IO60 Panel enables comprehensive mapping of 60 immune and stromal markers within the tumor microenvironment, while the Neuro Panel and Mouse IO Panel extend ultrahigh-plex phenotyping to neurobiology and preclinical models, respectively. These panels allow researchers to interrogate complex biology at single-cell resolution, accelerating discovery and translational applications.

Complementing these, the PhenoCode Signature Panels provide focused, disease-tailored content. These targeted panels are designed to streamline biomarker analysis in translational and clinical contexts, where reproducibility and cross-study comparability are critical.

We will present the design principles, validation strategy, and representative datasets demonstrating how PhenoCode panels reduce time-to-data, improve reproducibility, and support scaling from discovery through clinical research. By combining ultrahigh-plex depth with targeted flexibility, the PhenoCode portfolio establishes a standardized framework for spatial biology.
